Items that show signs of wear, damage from use, or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number (found in your order confirmation email) or a copy of your receipt when submitting a refund/return request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Customized or personalized toys (if applicable in the future).
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered beyond their original state (e.g., assembled 3D-printed figures with missing joints, monster trucks with worn tires from play).

3. Refund & Return Procedures

jstxc.com offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, and this includes coverage for return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. However:
